Recently built rustic-style holiday home with 6 beds + cot/crib for children, located in Terralba, fully furnished and complete with all appliances. Equipped with air conditioning, heating with pellet stove, American fridge with two doors, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, mezzanine, shower cabin with hydromassage mode, radio and USB port, safe, alarm, terrace, large garden for outdoor dining including a small barbecue and private parking spaces.

Setting

The holiday home is in the center of the town in a quiet residential area near a public park and the Municipal Library. You enter through a wooden gate and you arrive at the entrance of the house after walking up a flight of stairs.

Activities and attractions

In a strategic position within the town to reach both the center and the commercial premises. Equally optimal for visiting the seaside resorts of the Oristano coast, the Costa Verde and that of Arborea. A few km from the fishing village of Marceddì, in a short time you can also reach very interesting archaeological sites such as Tharros, the excavations of the Praetorium of Is Bangius in Marrubiu, the nuraghi of Barumini and much more. Thanks to its location in central Sardinia in about 3 hours, by car, you can reach almost all the locations located both in the north and in the south of the island. It is also only 4 km away from the train station which allows easy travel with a good hourly frequency.
