Setting

The apartment is located in the historic center of Nepi, near the Piazza del Comune, surrounded by the best restaurants which are within walking distance. It is a location with attention to small details, equipped with every comfort to give you greater relaxation during your stay. It has a small but nice bathroom with window consisting of sink, bidet and toilet. You will find the shower in the large bedroom together with the hydromassage tub with chromotherapy very comfortable for two people. In the same room a starry sky in fiber optics with colored lights interchangeable by remote control, will make everything even more magical. The TV in front of the bed will give you access to Netflix, Disney and Prime, to satisfy your every television preference. In the living room with fireplace you will find a meticulous kitchen complete with every service such as dishwasher, oven and coffee machine in pods.

Nepi is one of the largest villages in the Agro Folisco, a town rich in history and wonderful landscapes about 45 minutes from Rome. From our suite you can walk to the Rocca dei Borgia, the Nepi aqueduct, the Piazza Comunale, the civic archaeological museum, the Nepi cathedral, the catacombs of Santa Savinilla and the Cavaterra waterfall. For trekking lovers, there are the Pizzo and Picchio waterfalls to visit, as well as the Via Amerina, also known as the Via Della Luce.
