Our comfortable apartment has two bedrooms. The main one with a double bed and air conditioning.The second room has two small beds (one under the other) and a desk and fan. Both rooms face an interior patio and have blinds to make the rooms dark, ensuring the best rest. It has a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub that is shared by both rooms.It also has air conditioning in the living room for greater comfort. It can be used at no additional cost to isolate noise and be more peaceful in hot weather. We only ask that you use it appropriately and reasonably.The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and equipment for various preparations. It has a microwave, american coffee maker and another traditional Italian, toaster, ceramic hob and fridge with refrigerator. The utility room attached to the kitchen has a washing machine. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and TV. The apartment has a balcony with two chairs and a table where you can enjoy a the spectacular sunset with beautiful views and the sea in the background.The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator, so it is very accessible. It also has high speed WIFI. It is exterior where natural light enters all the spaces, so the apartment is very bright and airy.With capacity for 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay, whether you come for a few days or for a long season.
San Andrés is located in the north of the Island and and few kilometers away from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, so it can also be accessed using public transport as it has bus stops very close to the house, although we always recommend renting a car if you want to move easily to get to know the Island. You will surely find free parking in the surroundings.If you need help to rent a car I can help you...For your safety and in compliance with the regulations of the Vacation Homes of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, at the time of your arrival we will ask for your identification.The house has an intelligent lock with the possibility of autonomous arrival at your best convenience.
