The property is located on a second floor (no elevator). Once inside the house, you will find a nice lobby and then a corridor through which our apartment is accessed.The apartment has a small living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, all to be used for the first time. It also has a 43-inch smart TV. The kitchen is integrated and has a table and high chairs. It has a full bathroom with a shower tray and a comfortable double bed room and space to store travel clothes.The access (lobby and hallway) is also shared with a 'stand alone' suite type room. In case of being more than 4 people or being adults and needing more space, we have that independent suite with full bathroom equally for the rental. Check us for availability and prices.
Currently La Rosa Street, where our property is located, is in the process of improvement for its pedestrianization, with an estimated end date in mid-2025. During this period, there may be some noise during business hours and car access will not be available.However, pedestrian access to the house is guaranteed, and they will be able to enjoy their stay.In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, before your arrival it will be necessary to complete a form with the details of your identity card or passport for registration with the authorities.You will receive a web link where you can provide this information in a secure way. In no case will a copy or photograph of your document be requested. This process is mandatory and if you do not complete it, we will not be able to provide you with the access codes to the home.
