The accommodation

VILLA BALADRE is rented for summer. It is rented only to families and has a maximum capacity of 8 to 10 people. It is rented weekly throughout the calendar month. Check prices and availability. This detached villa is 280 m2 and has 4 floors. On the ground floor, there is a garage with capacity for 2 cars and storage space, a full bathroom, and a small apartment with a kitchen and living room, all with air conditioning. The ground floor consists of a large, fully equipped designer kitchen-diner, a toilet, and a large living room with a 100-inch TV and air conditioning, which leads to a large terrace surrounding the house with awnings and a barbecue area. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large TV, and two bedrooms with 150 cm beds and a shared full bathroom. The third floor, or attic, has a studio with a 150 cm bed and a terrace. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Right at the entrance to the villa, there's a sun terrace for sunbathing and a private pool for cooling off. As part of the Baladre Residential Complex, you can also enjoy its facilities (a playground, a sports court, and a large pool). The features and high quality of this villa undoubtedly make it one of the best tourist accommodations on the entire Gandia beach for enjoying your vacation with the whole family.

Setting

The villa is located on the northern side of Gandia Beach, in a very quiet residential area. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away and is close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.).

Activities and attractions

Gandia beach stands out for its crystal-clear water and white sand and its extension and breadth, which makes it one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach center of Gandia you can also enjoy natural environments of great beauty and just a stone's throw away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Ducal Palace, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (it is essential to try the fideuá).
