From its elevated position, it boasts beautiful views over the city of Estepona. Just 300 metres from the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pedestrian areas, it offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and urban convenience.

The apartment features a smart layout and a clean, contemporary design. The bright living-dining room opens onto a cosy 8 m² terrace – ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or unwinding in the evening. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, full kitchenware, and a washing machine.

There are two comfortable bedrooms: the main bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). Both rooms have fitted wardrobes, central air conditioning (hot/cold), and quality bed linen. A second bathroom with a shower completes the space.

The apartment also includes free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, and all the essentials for a worry-free stay.
