This apartment is designed for those seeking comfort, a great location, and a Mediterranean lifestyle. It accommodates up to 6 people and is located just 50 meters from Arenal Beach, in a quiet, residential area with all kinds of amenities within walking distance. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS - families only.

Layout and spaces:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS - families only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for home-style cooking. It also has a washing machine and dryer, located in a separate laundry area.

The living room and one of the bedrooms open onto a pleasant terrace, perfect for breakfast or dinner al fresco.

This golden-sand beach is wide and spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun. The area is flat and easy to walk, with daily cleaning services, public toilets, foot showers, lifeguards, and accessible access for people with reduced mobility.

🌞 In summer, you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers right on the beach, while the kids play safely nearby – so you can travel light and enjoy the sun without the extra load.

With so many restaurants, cafés, water sports, and shops right on the promenade, it’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to every day of your stay.
