Setting

The apartment is uniquely situated in an apartment building along the river Sessera.
The building has been recently renovated and the apartment is even brand new!
The area is characterized by tranquility. It is ideal for hikers and mountain bikers.
On the other side of the river there is a great pastry shop with good coffee.
There are several butchers, bakers, cafes, a supermarket and a good pizzeria within a few minutes walk of the apartment.

Activities and attractions

Turin and Milan are an hour's drive away. Milan Malpensa airport is only 66 kilometres away.
The beautiful medieval town of Biella is a half-hour drive away, including a large shopping centre.

Granero and Coggiola are lovely quiet villages, but with all amenities.
Two banks, three bakeries, five bars, two butchers, two supermarkets, a market, a pizzeria... Everything is within walking distance.

There are also several unique experiences such as Santuario del Cavallero and Oasis Zegna.
Ski slopes are a half-hour drive away.
Lago d'Orta can also be reached in half an hour.
Lago Maggiore is an hour's drive away.
