The accommodation

This one-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and amazingly decorated. It is a very modern and a cozy place to live in situated it the heart of the old town.
It has two balconies, one on each side of the building, the one on the bedroom opens up to the church square and the famous colored houses, and the one on the living room opens up to the Pl de la Generalitat.
The apartment comprises of one bedroom with a big double ded, a warbrobe, wooden beams on the ceiling, an airconditioning unit and a balcony to the church square with two small chairs to enjoy the views.
In the toilet there is a corner walk-in shower, a washing machine, electric boiler and also a cabinet for storage. It is spacious and also modern.
The kitchen and the living room are together in a big living area where there is a nice small balcony with two small chairs, where the sun comes in.
The kitchen has been recently installed. It is modern, fully equipped and has a lot of storage space. In the living room you will find a nice big sofa-bed, a TV, an air conditioning unit and some coffee tables. Also a round dining table with four chairs and a small desk to write or work on. There are wooden beams on the ceiling which make this apartment very cozy and a lovely place to stay while you visit Villajoyosa.

Setting

It is situated on the actual church square, where all the main fiestas in town take place, and near all the main amenities.
Just on the door step you will find quiet bars and restaurants to have breakfast of dinner, as well as a very handy supermarket very near, open 365 days, non stop, for your basic needs.
The beach is only 5 minutes away walking through the coloured houses. It is a lovely walk!
