The accommodation

Delizioso appartamento rivestito interamente di parquet in vero legno rovere, aria condizionata caldo/freddo con bocchettoni in tutte le stanze, arredo raffinato con mobili d'epoca, zona studio e zona relax con libreria con libri all'ingresso, wi-fi, tv ,divano nel salottino dal quale si accede al terrazzo con vista aperta verso la chiesa dirimpettaia della Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, dove ci si può rilassare all'aria aperta sulla panchina e le sedie con il tavolino dopo una lunga giornata di spostamenti. Nell'appartamento vi due letti uno matrimoniale, l'altro alla francese, bagno con ampio vano doccia e cucina abitabile attrezzata di ampio forno, frigorifero con frizer, tostapane, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, pentole, piatti, bicchieri, posate e tutti gli utensili necessari per l'utilizzo. Sito al sesto piano con ascensore. Si affitta solo a referenziati e per 30 gg massimo con relativo contratto

La zona è ottimamente servita da metro A ponte lungo a 100 mt ( 5 min per il centro), autobus a 100 mt diretti al centro storico, linea ferroviaria Fermata Stazione Tuscolana a 200 mt (50 min per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Fiumicino); sotto casa parcheggi gratuiti ed a pagamento, car-bike- scooter sharing, stazione dei taxi a 300mt, inoltre sotto casa supermercato pewex e todis aperto h 24, a pochi metro conad e pam , lavanderia, farmacia, locali notturni, ristoranti, pub, pasticcerie, bar, tabacchi (per i biglietti e cambio schede telefoniche) .

Storico quartiere Appio Latino che ospita la storica appia, la via dello shopping che in soli 15min a piedi permette di raggiungere l'Arcibasilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, la prima delle 4 chiese papali e la piu antica e importante basilica d'occidente, la famosa scala santa e La chiesa di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, custode delle reliquie della croce di Cristo; ad altri 15 min di cammino ci si trova di fronte al maestoso Colosseo, che non ha bisogno di presentazioni! Nelle immediate vicinanze, troviamo la Caffarella, uno dei polmoni piu grandi della città dove è possibile affittare le biciclette per percorrere l'appia antica, la famosa strada romana che collegava Roma a Capua. Nelle vicinanze il quartiere pigneto, zona della movida romana
