Present ID for all guests
Card deposit: €150 (refundable within 7 days after check-out)
Payment of any requested extra services

No smoking or parties allowed

Upon departure, return the keys, dispose of trash, and leave the dishes clean

The flats are located close to the Arenal beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. At 1200 m there is a children's fair with attractions. You can visit, at a distance of less than one kilometre: the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, the urban sports complex and the old town.
