The accommodation

The apartment located a stone's throw from Scardamiano seafront, with its two independent entrances, can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, is fully furnished, and is arranged over two levels: on the upper floor, guests will enjoy a spacious kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and fridge, along with a washing machine, a comfortable dining room that opens onto a large terrace with a wonderful view of the Faraglioni, furnished with deck chairs, a large table, and chairs, where you can relax, sunbathe, and have lunch or dinner in a complete atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. On the lower floor, accessible via a convenient spiral staircase, our guests will find a double bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed that can become a double bed, a small living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. All rooms are equipped with LCD TVs and air conditioning/heat pump, radiators and are soundproofed thanks to double-glazed windows. The apartment also has an Internet connection to stay connected and possibly work remotely. It is an ideal apartment for families, but also for couples and young people.

It is well connected with public transport (bus stop next to the building) and with the motorway network (A18 Messina-Catania just 5 Km away), located just a few minutes from the city center and also from the main cultural sites of greatest interest (Aci Castello Castle just 0.03 Km; Riviera dei Ciclopi and Isola Lachea just 1 Km; Cathedral of Acireale 6 km; Cathedral of Catania 8 km, Etna 23 km, etc.)
