The home is spread over three levels: basement, ground floor, and upper floor, with a total built area of more than 150 m², and features:

The master bedroom has a private terrace with stunning sea views and an en-suite bathroom, from where you can also enjoy the Mediterranean — the ideal place to start your mornings in peace.

No noise in the garden or pool area after 11:00 PM
Only registered guests are allowed on the property
Please leave the home in good condition. Failure to comply may result in loss of the security deposit.

The train station is located at the foot of a steep hill. There is a free shuttle service that operates regularly between the main entrance of the Hilton Hotel and the train station (just 290 meters from the property).

Setting

Guests will have access to all the private areas of the house, including the garden and the private pool. Use of the community pool is not allowed. They can also access the gym and spa at Reserva del Higuerón by paying the applicable fee directly at the facilities.

Activities and attractions

The house is located within the gated community of Reserva del Higuerón, an exclusive residential area offering numerous amenities for your enjoyment. In the area, you can access a spa, gym, and paddle and tennis courts for an additional fee. You will also find several restaurants, a rooftop terrace at the Hilton Hotel, and a beach bar to relax by the sea.
