The accommodation

• One-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, living room with kitchen, and terrace. Total of 53 m² on the ground floor with a garden terrace of approx. 20 m², southeast-facing. From October to May available for mid-term stays (1–4 months, depending on availability).
• Suitable for up to 2 adults.
• Furnished in a modern and stylish design.
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), bathroom/WC and a washbasin in the hallway.
• Open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
• Air conditioning / heating.
• Tiled terrace with some garden area, approx. 20 m². Outdoor furniture.
• Views over the town and city.
• The apartment includes: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and free internet access (WiFi).

The property is located in a residential complex where community rules must be respected.

No noise is allowed after midnight.

A car is not essential.

Underground parking space: 1.

The owner does not accept groups of teenagers/young people.

The neighbourhood is noise-sensitive. Please respect the peace and rules of good conduct.

Garbage:
- To avoid insects, we recommend throwing out the garbage every two days. Please separate glass waste (green container), plastics and containers (yellow container) and the rest (normal and organic = gray container). Before checking out, we ask the guest to throw out their garbage.

The complex offers a non-heated communal pool (available seasonally: June 1st – September 30th, pool hours: 09:00–22:00 – WC available). The pool rules are displayed at the entrance and must be followed by all guests.
This is a noise-sensitive neighborhood. Please respect the peace and follow good behavior standards. It is mandatory to comply with the community rules.

The old town of Estepona is one of its main attractions. Its narrow, cobbled streets are lined with whitewashed houses adorned with colorful flowers.
With more than 20 kilometers of coastline, tourists can enjoy extensive areas of sand and beaches. Estepona's well-known Paseo Marítimo is lined with palm trees, gardens and sculptures. It is perfect for a pleasant walk while enjoying the views of the sea and the local gastronomy in the many bars and restaurants along the way.
