Angie’s Nest is a fully renovated house (2024) located in the heart of Estepona’s old town. Its location is perfect for those who wish to explore the city on foot, with the beach, marina, restaurants, and shops just a few minutes away. It’s the ideal accommodation to enjoy the local experience in one of the most authentic and lively areas of the Costa del Sol.
On the ground floor, the house offers a spacious and welcoming living-dining room equipped with digital TV, connected to an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils for a comfortable and practical stay. This floor also has an additional guest toilet for extra convenience.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning, and French balconies that bring in natural light and fresh air. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower, located in the hallway.
On the top floor, Angie’s Nest offers a small terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Estepona’s pleasant climate. This level also includes the laundry area with a washing machine and ironing board, providing a practical solution for longer stays.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), free Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of four adults.
Just 450 metres from the house, you’ll find the public underground parking at Plaza Antonia Guerrero, open 24 hours with very affordable rates.
