The accommodation

Lovely Spanish townhouse in a secure gated community with 24h security. There is a large pool and gardens and the house has its own private garden and large roof terrace with beautiful sunset views and is great for barbecues.
The house is spacious on three floors with a good sized kitchen with breakfast table and a separate dining area and separate living room. There are 4 bathrooms and the master suite has a bath tub. It has aircon and heating and wifi and parking outside the house.

Setting

The house is in a secure gated community with lovely gardens and pool. It is next to the beach and the surrounding area is very quiet and lush and green with lovely flowers all year round. It is a 5 minute walk to many beach restaurants and 10 minute walk to the local village San Pedro de Alcantara which has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus, 15 minutes to Marbella and 40 minutes to Malaga.

Activities and attractions

Next to the beach with plenty of water sports and charming beachside restaurants. You can hire bikes and go all the way along the coast to the other side of marbella nearly 20kms which is very special.
The pretty Spanish village of San Pedro de Alcántara is a 10 minute walk with supermarkets, shops and bars and restaurants. Marbella is a 15 minute drive for sightseeing, flamenco, eating drinking and dancing. Puerto Banus is 10 minute drive for glamour and night life.
There is a wildlife park, water park, butterfly sanctuary all a close drive away. The beautiful hills and mountains which frame this coast are perfect for walking and there is a large reservoir too.
