The accommodation
A fabulous 3 bedroom apartment a stroll away from the arenal beach. Built in 2020 this apartment is still shiny and new inside with contemporary bathrooms and kitchen.
The whole apartment has had new furniture in 2024 so everything has that new feel to it.
The one outstanding feature is the light and bright airy lounge that follows straight to a good sized balcony where you can eat or sit in the sun enjoying the ambience and rolling hills in front of you.
The property offers 3 bedrooms all double in size and all with double beds, the master with a king size bed.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need in this compact but good sized kitchen.
The apartment is in a block that has a lovely swimming pool and underground parking
