The accommodation



The modern villa built in 2017 is in the sun all day long. The driveway, which comfortably accommodates two middle class cars, the house and the pool terrace are all on one level. Below the pool, along the property wall, is a small garden with fruit trees, figs, olives, mandarins and oranges. Pick the sun-ripened fruits fresh from the trees.

The large pool terrace overlooks the sea of ​​Moraira. From the pool you can also enjoy the sea view. In Winter the pool can be heated with heat-pump. The terrace is partially covered alongside the living room and equipped with comfortable garden furniture, a large wooden dining table, and a small bar with 2 bar stools, refrigerator and large gas grill, so the grill master also has the view to the pool and over the sea.

The villa is modern and tastefully decorated in shades of gray, the light-flooded living room overlooks the pool area. The air conditioners in the living room and the two bedrooms ensure pleasant coolness even in high summer. From the living room and the two bedrooms you enter directly the pool terrace. Welcome the morning with a dip in the pool.

From the very spacious roof terrace, equipped with 4 comfortable chairs and table, as well as 2 sunbeds, you have an even wider view over the deep blue sea.

The grocery shopping can be brought into the kitchen easily, being a short distance to the driveway.

Only a short walk from the villa, the beach and nice beach restaurants are about 800 mtr. distant.

The villa's power supply is provided with sustainable energy via a PV system (solar) on the roof.
Layout of the rooms:

Property about 950 m², floor space approx. 135 m². The pool terrace has approx. 55 m² and the generous roof terrace about 160 m².

2 Bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 1.50 wide x 2.10m long, 1 mattress, 2 bedside tables, 3-door fitted wardrobe, safe,

the second with 2 single beds, each 0.90 wide x 1.90m long, 1 nightstand, 2-door fitted wardrobe.

Both bedrooms with mosquito-folding doors on the large French windows leading out to the pool, as well as electric exterior blinds.

The 3rd bedroom with bathroom is private and remains locked.

Bathrooms: 1, with large shower, double washbasins with vanity unit, WC. Electrically opened window.

Guest toilet with large washbasin and vanity unit, toilet, anti-mosquito screen and exterior blind on the window. Solar shower at the pool.

Storeroom with large second fridge / freezer, as well as ice cube machine, electric exterior blind. 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests.

Living / dining room: spacious and bright, with large windows facing the pool and the barbecue terrace. Equipped with two bright two-seater upholstered sofas and a rectangular wooden coffee table, from here you reach the pool terrace; towards the house entrance is the dining area with a large, rectangular wooden table and 8 white chairs.

American kitchen: fully equipped, nicely integrated into the living / dining area. With counter and 2 wooden bar stools as a demarcation to the dining area.

Sun terrace: by the pool with far sea views, to be entered from both bedrooms and the living room.

Covered terrace: running in L-shape around the living room. Comfortable with the large sofa, 2 wooden armchairs and coffee table, on the other side the large wooden table with 8 wooden chairs with cushions invites to relaxed outdoor dining, behind it is a small bar with 2 bar stools, sink and small fridge. Both terraces (sun and covered ) have 55 m².

Roof terrace: 160 m², enjoy the magnificent, wide view over the sea from Moraira to the Cap 'd Or. A staircase leads up at the left of the house entrance, equipped with 4 comfortable chairs and table.

Pool size: 10 x 4.5m Depth: 1.35 - 2.10m, with roman steps and interior lighting. There is a solar outdoor shower available. The pool has a cover and can be heated by heat pump. However, this is not available in summer.

Garden: Olive trees, orange, lemon and fig trees are planted along the property border. At the entrance pine trees give off their resinous scent.

In front of the house, the driveway offers space for parking of 2 middle class cars. The entrance gate is electric and has an intercom to the house entrance.
