The accommodation

Very central and modern, Sereia da Oura by Sunny Deluxe is ready to welcome you.

500 meters away you will find the beaches of the Oura area, Rua da Oura less than a 2-minute walk away and Baixa de Albufeira 1km away.
The nearest mini-market is 10 meters away and just 5 meters away there are restaurants, pastry shops and beauty/beauty shops.

The apartment is located in a condominium with swimming pool and sun loungers, public parking (subject to availability).

The living room is large and furnished with a 2-seater sofa easily converted into a single bed, hot and cold air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and kitchen equipped with washing machine, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, washing machine Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, microwave, iron, mixer, refrigerator, crockery and kitchen utensils.

The room is furnished and has hot and cold air conditioning and the bathroom has a bathtub and bidet.

Linen and towels are changed for stays longer than 7 nights.

Enjoy your meals in the living room or on the balcony overlooking the city.

You can bring your pet upon request and pay a fee per pet.

Check in is automatic and all information is sent to the contact registered in the reservation, on the day of arrival.

For the comfort of the youngest, we provide, upon request, a cot and high chair for babies/children.

To enter the accommodation it is necessary to provide a deposit which is returned by bank transfer after checking and cleaning the accommodation, taking a maximum of 7 working days.

We offer a private transfer to and from the airport upon request, reservation and payment.

We leave some friendly reminders:

• Be careful with excessive noise after 11pm, unfortunately the neighbors are not on vacation and need to rest.
However, you have many bars at your disposal on Rua da Oura;

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (you can do this on the balcony);

• On the day you leave, leave your dishes washed and take out your trash;

• Check-out time is until 10am, if you want to leave a little later, talk to us and we will see if it is possible;

• Failure to comply with any of these rules, or if the police or an employee has to go to the location due to the guest's irresponsibility, will result in a penalty on the damage deposit.
