Beautiful villa with private pool in residential area of Sa Coma welcomes 8 guestsIn this house our guests can spend a typical Mallorcan summer. The beautiful salt water pool is ideal for relaxing baths after a long day at the beach. Its measurements are 12 x 6meters and the depth goes from 0.7 to 1.8meters. Around the swimming pool there is a lawn with some garden loungers. There is a magnificent outdoor shower next to the pool. The terrace is the perfect place for the whole family to gather for lunch or dinner enjoying the good weather and also protected by several umbrellas. You can also prepare delicious barbecues on the mobile grill and continue enjoying the good weather with the furnished terrace on the other side of the house. The property is fenced and there are neighbours next door.
The spacious house offers 300m2 of equipped and comfortable spaces along two floors. The living room combines tradition with modern facilities, so you can watch TV or read in an elegant atmosphere. Satellite TV with German and English channels is available. The dining area next door has space for 6 people. The large and bright kitchen is independent and fully equipped. It has a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave among others, plus a high chair for a baby and table for 6 people. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A modern double bedroom with wardrobe and access to the terrace and a shower room are located on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the three remaining bedrooms. The first has a double bed, dressing room and bathroom en suite with whirlpool. The second has two single beds and wardrobe. The last one has a double bed and wardrobe. All bedrooms also have views overlooking the pool. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a crib for you. A third bathroom with shower completes this floor. The equipment is completed with central heating for the whole house and solar panels for the hot water tank. There are 4 fans.
The property is located in the quiet residential area of Sa Coma. In the village you will find supermarkets, good restaurants and cafes. Wednesdays from May to October you can visit the market in the evening from 19h. The beach of Cala Millor can be reached in a short drive. Nearby is also Cap de Punta de n'Amer, a small defense tower, where today is a restaurant. Around the tower you can take beautiful nature walks and overlook the coast.
