Welcome to this charming farmhouse, a Mallorcan finca designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of large groups of up to 24 people in a unique natural setting.The garden of this majestic villa is the perfect place for all our guests. It has a saltwater pool - 8 x 4 metres and 1 to 1.8 metres deep -, a children's pool - 3 x 2 metres and 0.4 metres deep -, a sunbathing area with 18 sun loungers and a playground with slides, swings and football goals. All this is accompanied by a marvellous view of the mountains, inviting you to relax with a barbecue on the furnished veranda or take a walk through the 160,000 m2 park with its beautiful animals. The property is very quiet, fenced and privacy is absolutely guaranteed, although there are neighbours, so please respect their peace and quiet and avoid loud music or noise, especially at night.
This agritourism is distributed in 3 independent flats. The main house is on 2 floors, but each floor is a separate flat accessed from the outside. On the ground floor, as you enter, a hall with satellite TV welcomes you and leads you to the kitchen, -equipped with industrial gas hob, 2 ovens and the necessary utensils-, and to the group dining room for the whole house, -with space for 30 people, TV, wood cooker and a bathroom with shower-. There are 6 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds except one with a double bed and all with en-suite bathrooms, some with shower and some with bathtub. From the outside stairs you reach the upper floor where you have a large living-dining room with TV and a separate kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven and basic cooking utensils. Then there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bath or shower, one with double bed and the others with 2 single beds, and 2 of them with access to a large furnished terrace overlooking the garden. On the side of the building, there is an annex with a large kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, a table with chairs and a sofa for watching TV, followed by a second living room with a sofa and plenty of space. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower.
All rooms throughout the house are air-conditioned and all bedrooms have a wardrobe or dressing room. A total of 3 cots and 3 high chairs are available. The laundry room offers washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Only 4 km away you reach Sencelles, where you have all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket and so on. Both Sencelles and the surrounding villages are very charming and family friendly. Being centrally located on the island also allows you access in any direction, especially to the beach, the nearest being 30.5 km away in Puerto de Alcúdia.
Please note that the swimming pool is open from March to November.
