Welcome to this charming farmhouse, a Mallorcan finca designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of large groups of up to 32 people in a unique natural environment.The perfect place for all our guests is the garden of this incredible estate, with a salt pool - 8 x 4 m and 1 to 1.8 m deep - a paddling pool for the little ones - 3 x 2 m and 0.4 m deep - a lawn area with sun loungers for sunbathing and a play area with swings, slides and football goals. All of this is framed by beautiful mountain views, ideal for strolling through the 160,000 m² of grounds filled with trees and animals. You will also be able to enjoy outdoor meals thanks to the furnished porch and barbecue. The estate is completely fenced, offers total privacy and a very peaceful environment. Although there are neighbours nearby, please respect their rest and avoid loud noises, especially at night.
This farmhouse consists of 4 independent flats. The main house is divided into two floors, each with its own access to the outside. On entering the ground floor, you are greeted by a sitting room with satellite TV which leads to the kitchen equipped with an industrial gas cooker, 2 ovens and the necessary utensils, and the dining room for the whole house, which seats 30, with a wood-burning stove, TV and bathroom with shower. There are 6 bedrooms, all with two single beds, except one which has a double bed, and all with en-suite bathrooms, some with baths and some with showers. The outside staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a large living-dining room with TV and a separate kitchen with oven, cooker and basic cooking utensils. Then there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower or bath, one with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds. Two of these have access to a large furnished terrace overlooking the pool.
On one side of the building, there are 2 independent annexes. One has a large living-dining-kitchen area, -equipped with ceramic hob, oven, 1 table with chairs and 1 sofa to watch TV-, followed by a second living room with a sofa and plenty of space. Then there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower. The second annexe, offers entrance through a large kitchen-dining room, -with ceramic hob, oven and TV-, or from a large living room with TV and a small table with 3 chairs. Then we have 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
All rooms in the whole flat are air-conditioned, as well as all bedrooms have a wardrobe or dressing room. In total, there are 3 cots and 3 high chairs available. The laundry room offers washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
After about 4 km you will arrive in Sencelles, where you will find all the necessary facilities, including restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Sencelles and the surrounding villages are very charming and family-friendly. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, about 30.5 km away.
Please note that the swimming pool is open from March to November.
