Situated on the third floor and south-facing, this 60 m² haven offers sea views and the perfect setting to relax with family or friends. Ideal accommodation for 4 adults and 1 child.
Inside, you’ll find a light-filled living and dining room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and heat pump – perfect for year-round comfort. Step out onto the private 7 m² furnished balcony, ideal for sunny breakfasts or enjoying the warm evening breeze.
The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with fans for warm summer nights. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and freezer. There is also a full bathroom with bidet, hairdryer, and a convenient washing machine.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an iron, a highchair, and a baby cot (on request). This is a non-smoking apartment, perfect for families looking for a calm and well-maintained setting.Note: the building does not have a lift.
