The accommodation

The Trulli villa is located in the heart of Selva di Fasano, at Viale Antico 3, just 700 meters from the municipal casina and the tennis club. It is nestled within a 1-hectare park filled with pine and fir trees. Additionally, there is a rose garden and a private parking area, accessible via a lavender-lined driveway closed off by a black gate.

The house features a central living room with a flat-screen TV, dining table, and sofa, as well as a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron, and ironing board.

There are three trullo-vaulted bedrooms: one double bedroom with a private bathroom (including a shower, towel warmer, and hairdryer), a twin bedroom directly opposite the master, and a smaller double bedroom opening onto the central living room. All furnishings, including beds and mattresses, are new.

A second bathroom with a shower is located between the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen opens onto a terrace equipped with a wooden outdoor lounge set and a dining table for six. From here, steps lead down into the private garden shaded by tall pine trees.

Setting

Inside the same large villa, there is also an 19th-century cottage, but the two properties have clearly defined spaces, including separate parking areas. Additionally, the Trullo's private garden has a different orientation from that of the cottage.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday in the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet just 10 minutes by car from the coast, Selva di Fasano is a renowned holiday destination set 400 meters above sea level on the Murgia plateau, offering enchanting panoramic views.

Holidaymakers in Selva di Fasano can easily reach all of Puglia’s most beautiful towns: nearby are Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Locorotondo, and Cisternino. The city of Lecce is just an hour away by car or train.
