The accommodation

Stunning Moorish style country house in the south of Granada with private pool and garden. Our cortijo is located in the rural area of Tijola about two and a half kilometers from the town of Órgiva. No place is perfect, but we hope you will be able to enjoy the peacefulnes of the countryside (sometimes interrupted by the sounds of farm works, chickens, robins, hoopoes and cats). The exclusive guest area is an annex of our cortijo and our guests can count on our assistance and presence on site.

Setting

Just 55 minutes south of Granada and 1 hr 40 mins east of Malaga, with the coast and golf only 35 mins away and skiing in the winter, just 1 hour 15 mins. Orgiva is located in the magnificent natural region of Las Alpujarras in Granada, Andalusia. A wonderful rural escape close to the Tropical coast and the historical city of Granada. This small Spanish town is very cosmopolitan with many nationalities living together, in quite a bohemian atmosphere.

Hike through centuries-old olive groves or into the Sierra de Lújar heights. Wander the artisan whitewashed villages of Pampaneira and Capileira.
