The accommodation

Apartment in Lo Pagán, San Pedro del Pinatar, built around 1960, so it's old but retains modern comforts. The apartment is equipped with a gas stove, bathroom and shower, 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room, and 2 terraces, one in the living room and the other in the kitchen, as well as a 42-inch flat-screen TV, bed linen, electric heater, and more. It also has a communal terrace. Wi-Fi was installed years ago, and we've never had any problems (please note that Wi-Fi must be paid for by FlexaTV, whether by phone or internet, as it can be contracted by days, weeks, months, etc.).

Setting

Residential neighborhood, the residents are usually elderly and require a break. It's a gray building with no intercom, so locking and unlocking the front door is mandatory. There's no elevator or freight elevator.
