The building entrances and common hallway are equipped with active video surveillance for guest safety.

Pets are not allowed inside the property.

Parties or events are not permitted in the accommodation.

Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area.

Required identification documents must be sent prior to check-in.

Access to the property is managed via a smartbox system for secure and easy key handling.

If not included in the booking portal at the time of reservation, a city tax of €2 per night per guest (up to a maximum of 5 nights) will apply.

If it is found that more guests are present than declared during booking or check-in, management reserves the right to immediately evict all occupants without any refund. Authorities will also be notified for further verification.
