The accommodation

The apartment with sea views is located just 100 metres from Playa Cantal Roig beach and the sports and fishing port. Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and shops.

The apartment on the 10th floor offers a living/dining room with sofa bed, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. The living room and bedroom have access to a large covered terrace with beautiful sea views.
The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, satellite TV, free WiFi and hairdryer.

Please note that on Sundays, public holidays and at night outside our regular check-in and check-out times, a fee of €60 will be charged.
Arrival after 10:00 p.m. or departure before 7:00 a.m. will incur a night fee of €80.
Each pet costs €35 per stay. (check availability) This is a one-time payment for cleaning. Pets over 10 kg and dogs of dangerous breeds are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). Additional energy consumption will be charged at €0.45/KW.
A deposit of €400.00 is payable on arrival and will be refunded one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
