Located in a quiet, low-traffic area on a path used exclusively to access farmland and for livestock passage, this charming rural house offers a unique retreat for those looking to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature. Just 200 meters from the center of Laspuña, it allows you to enjoy the convenience of nearby services while breathing in the calm atmosphere, admiring the surrounding landscape, and listening to the soothing song of the birds.

The house features a spacious and bright open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere perfect for sharing unforgettable moments after a day of exploring the surroundings. It has a main bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a double bedroom with two 90 cm beds (one of which can be converted into a bunk bed), ideal for families with children or groups of friends looking to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay together. In the bedroom area, there is also a full bathroom equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and practical stay.

The house is fully equipped with all the essentials: air conditioning, heating, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, complete kitchenware, tableware, cutlery, Italian coffee maker (for ground coffee), iron, bed linen, and towels.

For added comfort, there are also small appliances such as a toaster, hand blender, juicer, kettle, and hairdryer, making your stay easy and worry-free.

El Cajigar and La Viñaza are semi-detached houses, so it's important to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

If you love sports and outdoor activities, you’ll find a complete sports area right in the village. It features an Olympic-size swimming pool perfect for swimming laps and a shallow pool where children can play safely, all surrounded by a large green area where you can relax in the sun. There are also paddle tennis courts (reservation required) and a tennis court, ideal for having fun with family or friends.

The surroundings are a true paradise for nature and water lovers. Near Laspuña, you can explore two stunning rivers with crystal-clear waters: the Cinca and the Ara. Along the road from Laspuña to Lafortunada, the Cinca River offers multiple natural swimming spots where you can cool off and enjoy a unique environment. Meanwhile, the Ara River has beautiful areas for swimming along the route from Boltaña to Fiscal, perfect for those seeking tranquility and a deeper connection with nature.

Nearby, you’ll find the Añisclo Canyon, an impressive gorge within the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The scenic viewpoints of Revilla and Escuaín are also worth a visit, perfect for spotting bearded vultures and taking in dramatic mountain landscapes.
