The accommodation

Casa Kibo is located in a natural setting with mountain views. It is a property of about 184 m² indoors and a total plot of about 780 m². On the first floor, you will find the kitchen, living/dining room, and a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, a desk for remote work, and a full bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub in the hallway. The entire house has air conditioning.

You can access the garden from the kitchen, living/dining room, and bedroom. There you will find the outdoor dining area, chill-out zone, ping-pong table, and barbecue.

Going down the garden stairs, you will reach the saltwater pool and the sunbed area. The pool is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times.

It is very important to supervise children in the upper part of the garden, as there is a wall with a considerable drop towards the pool area.

Parties are prohibited, as well as loud noises between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. There are noise, occupancy, and tobacco smoke detectors. Smoking inside the house will incur a €150 penalty. Smoking is not allowed in the artificial grass area.

Extra guests who are not properly registered are not allowed, nor groups of guests under 25 years old without accompanying representatives.

POOL: Please read the rules sign before swimming. Minors must remain under supervision.

WALL: Children must be supervised in the garden area, as there is a wall with a considerable drop towards the pool area. We are not responsible.
