The house also features a covered porch and a furnished terrace, creating inviting spaces for al fresco dining or simply unwinding at sunset. A built-in barbecue is available too, ideal for those who love outdoor meals under the starry Mallorcan sky. The property is fully fenced and has a few nearby neighbours.
