The property is located in the heart of Santa Marinella, just 50 metres from the sea and 400 metres from the train station, which takes you to the centre of Rome in only 36 minutes. The apartment is very comfortable and practical, with two entrances, one of which served by three elevators, and it is set in a quiet building with a concierge. All main services – supermarket, pharmacy, newsstand, cafés, restaurants, pubs and bus stop – are within easy walking distance.

It is the ideal accommodation for holidays all year round. Santa Marinella lies at the crossroads of important historic and artistic centres such as Tarquinia, Tuscania, Cerveteri and Viterbo. The town also boasts a marina, two castles and an archaeological site dating back to Roman times.
