The house has an adjacent garage and land bordering the village for outdoor activities or games.

Setting

The Nonno Ludovico holiday home is a retreat nestled in the tranquillity of the Molise mountains,
at an altitude of 730 metres, in a village of about 500 inhabitants, where time seems to
have stood still. This residence retains the charm of yesteryear, offering a warm welcome
and a relaxing atmosphere. The village is equipped with all the necessary amenities: grocery stores,
butchers, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, post offices, etc.
The house is easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the SS652 motorway, with a junction just 4
km from the village.
Alternatively, you can take the train to Isernia and continue by bus or taxi.
For those arriving from abroad, it is possible to fly to Pescara's D'Abruzzo International Airport and then reach the holiday home by hire car (145 km).
There are enchanting places to visit in the surrounding areas, on foot, by car or by bus.

Activities and attractions

For those who love adventure and contact with nature, the property rents mountain bikes and
organizes guided excursions to discover the area: a perfect experience for those who
want to experience the authentic atmosphere of the past and immerse themselves in the unspoiled beauty
of Molise.
The holiday home has land adjacent to the village, easily accessible on foot, where young people can set up camps with tents, huts, or outdoor kitchens, even camping on summer nights, organizing games, and sharing their activities with local young people (boy scouts, tourists, pro loco, etc.).
In addition, it is possible to organize excursions with local guides along the trails to
reach the mountain areas: there are numerous routes, both accessible and inaccessible.
The necessary equipment for outdoor camps can be stored in the local garage.

For nature lovers, the municipality of Roccasicura overlooks the Tratturo, an enchanting place
where you can walk or cycle to regenerate your body and mind. Since 2014,
it has been part of the Collemeluccio Montedimezzo Alto Molise area. You can visit the
