The accommodation comprises a lounge, two bedrooms, a large kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a small yard.
- Setting
The apartment is situated in the center of Peniche and it is possible to find supermarkets, coffe shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. within a radius of 250 m.
- Activities and attractions
The nearest beaches are about 1 km. The surfers have sites with optimal conditions in about 3 km (Baleal Supertubos). The ferry pier for the island Berlengas is about 600 m.

(regarding a stay in October 2011)
Stayed here for 2 weeks just gone.
Great little flat just 30 sec from town square.
Good value in november between 2.
Euro 400 2 weeks / Euro30 night.
Very small terrace enough for bbq but not much more.
Very clean, modern & usable....if a little basic..All Ikea stuff -
lovely couple showed us in at 10.30pm who had to return to Lisbon that night !
They left cold beer/water in the fridge and very tasty almond biscuits ! :)

*New oven would be nice
*shower head holder
* bigger TV 14" is little small !
* beds ok but not great for long stays
*better pillows
*wifi is available at the coffee shops but might want to think about installing - and charging

Nice apartment with plenty of room in central Peniche.
Owner was helpful and spoke good English which was an advantage being a foreign traveller.
