The accommodation

The 3-bedroom home offers all the amenities for a great guaranteed vacation with family or friends.

The brand new house was only finished in 2012 and offers its visitors three individually and tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with Jacuzzi bath), kitchen with spacious and light-filled dining area, lounge and chill out terrace, swimming pool with separate children's pool and terrace with a BBQ and sitting area with views of the volcanic mountains of beautiful neighboring village of Femés.

From the main terrace equipped with barbecue, dining area and hammock, you can reach the cozy chill-out relaxation terrace with beautiful views of the pool area and the mountain landscape near Playa Blanca. The villa offers a spacious, bright living room with light-filled dining room, 2 large sofas and relaxation armchair, SmartTV50, XBOX360, Wii, DVD and stereo system. There is free WIFI in the whole house.

The Villa "Dolphin" has three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds. There is room for up to 6 people and a cot can be provided upon request.

The house has two bathrooms, one with large Jacuzzi tub and double sink, the other with shower and single sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with appliances and utensils, 4 cooking rings, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The villa is situated in a quiet side street in the residential area "Costa Papagayo" of Playa Blanca and offers complete privacy. A large car park is available in the courtyard of the villa and the house is protected by a security alarm system and is not visible from the outside.

For the outside saltwater pool usually there are no quimic products used.
For the use of all guests the villa offers a ping pong table, billiard table and small futbolin table game.

The Villa "Dolphin" is located in one of the most beautiful villages on the island, the former fishing village of Playa Blanca in the south of Lanzarote, near the nature reserve Ajaches, where visitors can find the stunning sandy beaches of Papagayo.

From the Villa guests can easily reach (fifteen minutes walk) the promenade and town center of Playa Blanca. From there it is only a small and lovely stroll along the seafront to the beautiful harbor of Marina Rubicon with its restaurants, shops, leisure facilities and the weekly market (Wednesday and Saturday from 09.00-14.00 clock).

The main beach of Playa Blanca, “Playa Dorada” is also only a 15 minutes walk away from the house and offers perfect conditions for families.
A large supermarket is located only just 10 minutes walk from the villa.

Setting

The Villa "Dolphin" is located in the picturesque holiday resort of Playa Blanca in the south of Lanzarote. Centrally located but in a quiet residential area, the villa is only a 15 minutes walk from the sandy beach of "Playa Dorada" and the town center and 5 minutes drive from the famous "Papagayo natural sand beaches" away.
