The accommodation
It is a single-family house with three bedrooms and legalized as tourist accommodation by the JUNTA DE ANDALUCÍA. On the lower floor there is a spacious living room with two ceiling fans, a 3 + 2 sofa set with covers, a small storage room, a furnished terrace and a garden.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and two terraces plus a bathroom with a shower plate. Two bedrooms with two beds of 90 cm each and a complete bathroom.
The house has a place in a community underground garage.
The house has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Setting
The house is nestled in an urbanization located on the beachfront in such a way that to go to the beach you do not step on asphalt, nor is there car traffic.
The urbanization is closed and surrounded by a golf course.
Activities and attractions
On the beach there is a sailing school 100m from the house, in addition to the aforementioned golf course.

Vacaciones maravillosas y un trato inmejorable
El entorno maravillosos, unas magníficas playas y unos paseos de ensueño cerca del campo de golf. La casa tiene una situación estupenda , sales de la casa y te encuentras con el mar, además está en una urbanización muy tranquila e incluso tiene piscina. Tiene todo tipo de electrodomésticos y está muy bien amueblada, y la verdad es que Rafa se portó estupendamente con nosotros, explicándonos las zonas turísticas a visitar y los bares y restaurantes donde comer. Fueron unas vacaciones estupendas que si el trabajo nos lo permite repetiremos. Ya estoy deseando volver a tomarme por la noche un gin-tonic en el patio de la casa.
