The accommodation
The whole villa gives a feeling of relaxation and tranquility. It is situated in a luxerious urbanisation in Calle Ficus in a quiet cul de sac where there is 24 hour security.
The floors of the villa are of traditional hand made clay and the ceilings have wooden beams. Below is a small apartment with double bed (160 x 200 cms.) a sofa bad and a bathroom. It will accomodate 2/3 people.
At the entrance to the villa is a convenient separate toilet facility. The lounge is completely open plan with huge opening windows giving views of theMontgo mountain, the sea and el Faro. The lounge opens on to a spacious terrace with large opening doors. The terrace is equiped with a "chill out" corner, a teak dinner table and BBQ. The terrace connect to the indoor kitchen and through into the lounch.
A few steps lead to the library and the main bedroom wich has a large double bed (180 x 200 cms.) and a TV. There is a spacious bathroom with open shower and closed in toilet. There is also a large dressing room. Upstairs has a attractive wooden floors.
The villa has a wood burning stove with glass doors and central heating. It offers TV:, DVD, Music equipment and WIFI connection.
The kitchen is well equipped.
There is an enclosed carport with electric gates.

Beatiful colourful south facing garden, complet with salt waterpool, offering different areas of sun or shade, with additional BBQ facitities, where you can relax and dine "al fresco"
Activities and attractions
The villa is situated only 3 km. from the sea.If you like activities such as scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing and Jet ski excursions, all are available locally.
The nearest Golf Club is within 9 km. and there are at least four other Courses within a 50 km. radius. Many excursions into the mountains are available. There is also the option to make a short trip to Ibiza or Formentera. A ferry leaves from the harbour in Denia, another beautiful town, only 20 km. from Javea.
