- Possibility of ordering interim cleanings (10€/hour)
Booking:
- Booking always must be confirmed by the owner;
- Advance payment of 50% of the overall value made by bank transfer, at time of the booking
- Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount paid in cash, on arrival.
- Amount of security deposit of € 250 in cash, given at arrival
- The return of the deposit is made after checking the apartment at end of stay / check out. The return of the deposit may be suspended or even greater value be asked if any: damage, dirt or extreme disarray, loss of keys or other abnormal situations.
- There will not be refunded the amount of the booking in case of waiver.
