The accommodation

Semi-detached house with private garden, 10 meters from the sea and the beach Puntal I, on the south coast of Vinaròs, the best area of the municipality.

The house has a terrace with a porch, garden furniture, solarium with sun beds on the upper floor with sea views, living-dining room with a sofa bed for two people and flat screen TV, wifi. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom has a 180cm bed and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has two 90cm beds, a ceiling fan and a dressing room.

The house has a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bath and an outside patio with shower, washing machine and laundry area. There is an outside staircase to access the solarium on the upper floor. There is a garage for one car, although you can also park easily in front of the apartment.

All the rooms are outside and the bedrooms have a view of the garden.

Setting

The house is in a residential area of villas and family atmosphere, about 10 meters from the beach Puntal I. The area is very quiet. Ideal for long days on the beach and for walks on the sea side.

At 5 minutes walking there is another very nice and big beach, Puntal II, and at 6 minutes walking there is another beach for pets, Cala Aiguaoliva.

There is a hiking route that passes in front of the house.

In the area there are several bar-restaurants open all year round, and a large shopping centre 3 minutes away by car.

The house is 1.5km from the town centre of Vinaròs. You can walk from the house to the centre of Vinaròs because there is a nice walk by the sea and the beaches. It is also ideal for sports.

The house is located in Vinaròs, on the seafront of Cala Puntal, only 1.5 km from the heart of the city, its promenade and the fishing port. Vinaròs is a Mediterranean city with a seafaring soul that lives open to the sea. It combines the comforts of a city with the natural beauty offered by its 12km of coastline with sandy beaches, natural coves and cliffs. It is a lively city with lots of activity all year round. Its people are welcoming and open, which makes everyone feel at home. It is famous for its carnivals and its patron saint festivities. The magnificent promenade and the fishing port are very busy places and it is full of excellent restaurants and terraces to enjoy all year round its excellent gastronomy. Sports and cultural activities can be carried out in the area. The Panoramic Golf Club is 15 minutes away. Its location is ideal for discovering magnificent cultural excursions, hiking, mountain biking, motorbike tours in the Maestrazgo.
