The accommodation
Charming house with stunning sea views over the bay of Sampieri, Sicily 6 people The villa is 'furnished with particular taste and attention to details and it is equipped with every comfort. The villa has a beautiful large terrace where you can enjoy a view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside, a picturesque Mediterranean landscape of olive trees, carob trees and the blue of the sea and the sky. The house, finished building in January 2013, can accommodate up to 6 people. The main house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with a window that allows you to prepare your lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful view. One of the two double room of the main house has a private bathroom, with shower, while the other room has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower is available to guests in the main house. The other house, independent and connected to the main terrace has a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, ceiling fans and central heating and an outdoor shower to enjoy the beautiful view.

Beautiful landscape, sea, history, art and tradition make the province of Ibla (Ragusa), a treasure of the UNESCO, an itinerary researched and fascinating.
The central location of the house allows you to visit the most beautiful and well-preserved sites of Sicilian Baroque Noto (25 miles), Ragusa (20 miles) , Siracusa (50 miles) and Scicli ( 6 miles), Modica ( 9 miles) . The nature of the reserve Vendicari and the beautiful beaches of Capo Passero are just a few miles away.
Activities and attractions
The beach of Sampieri, which is 3 minutes away by car from 'Dimora Terramare' offers all the amenities for a comfortable holiday.
From the port of Pozzallo, 10 km away from the villa, you can reach the island of Malta
In Donnafugata, about 40 km from the villa, you can play golf in the beautiful resort which is home to the golf courses and even a spa.
