Setting

The house is in a STRATEGIC position on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area and renowned artistic locations. It is the perfect base for visiting the beautiful 5 Terre, Lerici and Portovenere. Located in a safe and quiet place, you will have private parking in front of the house. Supermarkets always open 3 minutes away. Highway and train station 7 minutes. My advice to you is: every day visit a beautiful and completely different beach in landscape and type, only this place offers you this possibility.

Activities and attractions

As already mentioned, the house is in a strategic position. The closest beaches are those of Marinella di Sarzana and Marina di Carrara: they are wide, with fine sand and above all they have plenty of free parking (in Marina di Carrara there are no paid parking, only free), you arrive in 5 minutes.
The most famous beaches in the area are VENERE AZZURRA, BAIA BLU, TELLARO, FIASCHERINO, ECO DEL MARE, PUNTA BIANCA, PUNTA CORVO, they are all 7 to 10 minutes away from the house! To visit the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, embarkation of the boat is in Lerici 10 minutes away or in La spezia 15 minutes away. If you want to take the tour by train, the Sarzana railway station is 7 minutes away with free parking next to the station or you can go to La Spezia. All the places that for any reason deserve a visit (PIETRASANTA, MARBLE QUARRIES, FORTE DEI MARMI, PORTOVENERE, etc.) are within a maximum radius of 15-25 minutes. Famous cities of art such as PISA, LUCCA or the beautiful PORTOFINO can be reached in a maximum of one hour. Basically, if you want a dynamic holiday, you want to see new things every day, you want to be able to choose every day between the sea, art and gastronomy, or take your bike and go to the beach on a safe route and at the end of the day you want a little relaxing in the garden, you can strongly consider this solution.
