The minimum stay throughout the year is 2 nights, except in July and August when it is 7 nights. However, we do offer the option of renting for fewer days during these months for an additional charge.

-For stays of up to one week from September to June there is a charge for final cleaning. Towels and

PAYMENT TERMS

50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking and the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the expected date of arrival. These payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, in which case we will refund the amount paid up to that date.

DEPOSIT

The deposit for stays up to 4000€ is 800€.
For stays over 4000€ we will retain 20% of the total amount of the stay.

The deposit is paid in cash or by credit card at check-in and will be refunded no later than 10 days after check-out, once we have checked the condition of the accommodation.

EVENTS

The Hacienda is also available for private and corporate events. Prices and conditions are different. Please contact us for more information.

HOUSE RULES

Since the property is not only used for commercial purposes but also privately by the owners, we kindly ask you to treat the Hacienda, its furniture, and other belongings as if it were your own home.

Pool: Our pool is fenced, but children and non-swimmers must not be left unsupervised. Jumping into the pool or running along the edge can be dangerous. Please leave the cleaning and maintenance of the pool to our staff.

Quiet Hours: We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors’ nighttime rest by keeping noise levels to a maximum of 30 decibels between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM on weekdays. On weekends and public holidays, this time extends to 9:00 AM. Please note that in the event of a violation of noise regulations, the responsibility for the noise generated and any resulting penalties lies with the guests occupying the accommodation at that time.

Garbage: The large containers at the entrance of the Hacienda are intended for daily disposal of organic waste, especially to prevent unwanted visits from insects inside the house during summer. Separate containers for glass, plastic, and paper are also available for your convenience.

Water: We only have well water, which, while suitable for cooking and daily hygiene rituals, is not potable. Please use bottled water for drinking. Keep in mind that Andalusia is experiencing a severe drought; we kindly ask that you use water responsibly.

Smoke-Free Rooms: Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited. However, you may smoke in outdoor areas using the designated ashtrays.

Fire: Do not leave the grill or fireplace unattended while in use, and carefully dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays. There are several fire extinguisher on the property.

Toilets: Please refrain from flushing toilet paper or any other waste down the toilets. Waste bins are available in all bathrooms. A clogged pipe might seem minor, but a sewage overflow can quickly turn the best vacation into a nightmare.

Cleaning: The service fee includes towels, bed linen, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance during your stay. However, we kindly ask you to keep the house and furniture in acceptable hygienic conditions.

Something broken or not working properly? Please report any minor repairs or other issues to our accommodation manager as soon as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The number of people with access to the house must match what was agreed upon and contracted with the owner in advance. Otherwise, the owner reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation or stay and require immediate vacating of the property, with no refund under any circumstances.

Bringing in furniture or installing mattresses, air mattresses, tents, inflatables, tarps, etc., is not allowed.

The use of the house and its surroundings for any activity other than the one agreed upon is strictly prohibited.

The owner is not responsible for any personal and/or valuable items or vehicles belonging to the client that may be present at the house during the contracted stay, nor for their loss, disappearance, or theft.

The Hacienda may only be rented by individuals aged 25 or older, who will be responsible for anyone younger in their group.
