The house is situated in a small and quiet Ribadesella's village. Between the see and mountains. 5minutes driving from the beach

-It has 2 double bedrooms, a cosy sitting-room with fireplace, and a bathroom. It has availability for 4/5 persons. Special price for two persons.

House is perfectly equipated:
-Television,
-Microwaves,
-Oven,
-Washing machine and Iron for clothes,
-Home equipment (kitchen equiptment, etc)
-Air dryer,
-Clothes of bed and towels,
-Furniture of garden.
-Private Parking. Terrace and a 500 meters garden with a nice cenador with beautiful views

Setting

The house is surrounded by mounts and valleys, in a very pretty village of few scattered houses.

It is a quiet place in the heat of nature, nevertheless a very well comunicated point with a nearly motorway conection, and at 5 km to the beach, and 5 km too to Ribadesella Center.
