- 3rd floor: bedroom (2 singles) and bathroom.

Setting

Holiday house, in the heart of San Benedetto del Tronto, a town with a strong tourist vocation. A few steps from the promenade and the beach of the Riviera. You can easily immerse yourself in the local markets and / or markets, traditional summer or choose to practice in the multitude of shops in the shopping center.

Guests can just wake up to have breakfast at one of the different coffee of the course, the center and the pinewood. Where, at sunset, you will return to relax and enjoy cocktails. In the evening there are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias for dinner with dishes of typical of our area and our sea.

And finally for its nightlife, especially in summer, you will find a multitude of events and locations along the coast.

Activities and attractions

By bike or on foot you can reach the main places of tourist interest. The promenade full of palm trees and oleanders is equipped with a bike path that runs along the entire Riviera of the palms. It extends to the north with the pretty town of Groton and south with Porto d'Ascoli, high tourist area.

In the highest place of the city, on the Hill, "the heart" of the old village center, stands the "Castle", whose visual and environmental impact is such that it can not go unnoticed; It is the landmark of the city.
