The ecotax is paid in cash on the day of arrival, currently the cost of the ecotax is 2.20€ per person per day ( Children under 16 years of age do not pay the ecotax. In the case of stays of less than 7 nights, an amount of 300€ is paid as extra cleaning in cash on the day of arrival. Cancelation conditions: The client has the right to cancel the reservation subject to the following conditions: • Refund of the reservation and deposit if the contract is canceled more than 60 days before the date of entry into the accommodation. • If the reservation is canceled 60 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation, or less, only the amount paid as a deposit will be returned, but not the amount corresponding to the reservation. A cancellation is considered made when the lessor has received the cancellation in writing.
