The accommodation

The flat is made by an interior designer. Charming and cool with a permanent exhibition of stunning photos.
Inside a palace of 16° century, the apartment has a surface of 85 square meters, at the second floor, with elevator.
Selected furniture and carefully details makes a unique experience your stay in Rome.

Silent but close to the action of Spanish Steps.
Located in the most important area of historic centre of Rome: Campo Marzio, Spanish Steps, Trinità dei Monti, Trevi fountain, are just around in few meters. Surrounded by famous and luxurious hotels. All the area was (and is) the main protagonist of several glamour and important movies.
Connected to everywhere by two metro stations: Spagna and Barberini.
At the entering you will meet two beautiful orange armchairs, both original from 50th design, well restaured and a large and comfortable couch that can be turned into 2 single beds (long size). On the left it will appears a large living, with 3 windows, dinner table which design seats 6, several bookshelves with many enjoyable photo books, sofa corner for 6 people with two 60th armchairs and couch that can be turned in two single beds, two delicious original from 40th zebra armchairs. Le Corbousier little table with the Tizio lamp by Richard Sapper designer, an original french crystall lamp and two original industrial lights.

Separated from a corridor with a large clothes cabinet there’s a bathroom with shower and tube. The kitchen corner is very little but furnished with stove and kettle.
A small beautiful and decorated bedroom, with a styled and comfortable double bed completes the apartment.
Free wifi with fast connection up to 20 mega, continuous hot water, powerfull air conditioning in bedroom and living, powerful heating, makes the apartment perfect for any season.

Setting

Few meter from the apartment, are located the main Museums and National Galleries of Rome where continuously are performing the best exhibitions of Italy, like Scuderie del Quirinale, Villa Medici, palazzo delle Esposizioni, Mercati Traianei, Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Antica di Palazzo Barberini.
The famous shopping area with tha main world’s griffe is around this address. Shops of Via Condotti, via Frattina, Piazza di Spagna, via delle Carrozze, via Borgongona, ask a short and pleasant walk.
About fitness and jogging the wonderful park of Villa Borghese offer a nice solution. Just 100 meters from the apartment.
Considere that the area is very safe. By day and by night. Walking sounds always the most enjoyable way to visit all areas of historic center. Anyway main transportation and cabs are everywhere.

To reach the apartment from both international Airport and from Termini Raylway Station, are available several solutions, by bus, by train, by cab. The same to go back.
