Villa for rent on the beach front line, Almeria

The accommodation

In Almeria (the sunniest region in Spain), wonderful villa with a big private garden ( 800m2) with orange and palm trees. Located very close (2º row from the sea) to a warm water, long and wade sand beach ideal for long walks, with “chiringuitos” (little open restaurants on the sand) where jummy and good food is served.

Setting

The urbanization Puerto Rey is made by little houses, without big buildings, and plenty of plants (buganvillas, palm trees, pines,..), it´s calm and quiet perfect for children and bicycles, with swimming pools, gyms, golf, paddle , tennis, water-park, etc.

The place is connected with Almeria´s airport by highway (90 km) and there is a highway to Madrid too (550 km.) There are a lot of buses from Madrid and Almeria.
The house is very close to the beach, swimming pools, children plays and a little super-market full of stuff. There are also two bigger ones at 2 km., you can go by car (on the road) or by bicycle (a little path on the beach)

The villages around: Vera, Garrucha, Mojácar….have all kind of services: Pharmacy, hospital,..even open-air cinema.

Activities and attractions

Close to Puerto Rey is “Sierra Cabrera”, a zone plenty of typical and charming little villages: Mojácar (the more beauty and animated one), Sorbas (interesting caves of plaster), Turre (typical and exotic dishes like” trigo”, “gurullos”, snails,..), Villaricos (fishermen village with delicious fish),… and a lot of golf courses (Valle del Este, Desert Springs, Macenas,…)

Nearby is the impressive "Cabo de Gata", land and marine Natural Park with its transparent waters, golden sands, wonderful coves: Genoveses, Mónsul, Cala S. Pedro, El Playazo... and villages as S. José, Aguamarga, Las Negras or Rodalquilar (old gold mines)

And also in the surroundings is the Tabernas´ desert (where most of western movies were filmed) …and Cartagena with roman ruins and lots of archeological remains,..

In the night, "Mojácar playa" (about 3 km) is plenty of entertainments: exotic restaurants, discos on the beach, specials ice-creams….very animated and funny at any time
