Plot of 1200 m2, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, lounge room, two terraces, large garden, pediment, swimming, large porch of 160 m2 with barbecue and table tennis.

There is also the possibility of occupying a separate apartment on ground floor with double bed, no extra charge. Within the plot fit 3 cars.
