House of 130 m2, traditional construction all stone. New, it has not been used until now, with a small garden with magnificent views and beatiful sorroundings. Very quiet and very typical.

Fishing river 1 km away (need permition), beach, golf courts, very nice places and towns to visit, excellent restaurants with incredible prices.

Near Santillana del Mar, Comillas, Cabezón de la Sal, Santander city at 35 km Cuevas del Soplado at 30 km.
