Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. Flexible hours subject to availability.

For stays of 10 days or less, the rental will be considered a tourist accommodation. For stays longer than 10 days, the rental will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana (Generalitat Valenciana), and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
Guest information to be collected on the 2024 entry form (RD 933/2021):
Full name, gender, ID number, passport, TIE (Spanish Identity Document) and supporting document number, nationality, date of birth, full address, telephone number, and email address.

St. Nicholas cathedral, town hall, basilica of santa maria, santa barbara castle, museums, museum of contemporary art (maca), archaeological museum (marq), main theater, park ereta. Marina, golf course, numerous restaurants and extensive shopping area are open all year.
